Here's how it works....

1. You contact us and tell us a little about your interest
2. We contact you for an interview (don't be nervous; we just want to get to know you)
3. We create an agreement as to what service suits you best
4. We give you a great title and a job description
5. We try it out together for a few months to make sure our arrangement works
6. We give you a recommendation for future employers or contract opportunities
7. You have credible job experience for your resume
